Works for me; No issues.
They were easy to install. Replaced the battery while I had the ear pads out. So far, they seem to work well. Noise canceling seems better than before I replaced them. Noise Canceling had degraded over time as the ear pads became worn, so they seem ok. They are comfortable and I've had no issues as others have reported. The insert screens look different, but they work fine.
