Does it work? Yes. That hurts? YES SIR. I bought this mainly for spring, which definitely works for my fine facial hair, but it's also VERY painful. I didn't have the courage to remove the hair from my mustache. I think this is partly because the spring requires two hands, you can't hold the skin taut which makes it more painful. The tweezers are amazing. The razor appears to be working but have not used it yet. Overall I would recommend this set because even if you decide a quill isn't for you, tweezers and a razor come in handy.
