Does it work? Yes, I have a lot of facial hair due to my ethnicity. It's embarrassing and it's frustrating. My hair is coarse and dark. I love this hair removal device. Actually it works very well. You may not get ALL your hair, but you will get most of it. I use it sometimes when I'm watching TV. I'm waxing all the time so this tool didn't do me as much damage as some of the other reviewers. I think this product did a good job of removing hair at the root and maybe it worked for some but not others. Hair regrowth can be prickly because the hair has not been pulled out at the root but has been cut or broken. I would prefer to pull it from the roots so regrowth is mild.
