I love this hair removal device. Actually it works very well. You may not get ALL your hair, but you will get most of it. I use it sometimes when I'm watching TV. I'm waxing all the time so this tool didn't do me as much damage as some of the other reviewers. Another thing is when you bend it to roll it over your face while holding onto the pink handles, roll or twist it in your thumbs and forefingers while lifting and squeeze a little tight against your face. It was difficult for me at first, but I watched the video and it helped me a lot.
