This is a great product. I was skeptical but now I will use them. Weird thing works so well. It took me a few times to get the hang of it, but now it's a breeze. Removes both the shortest and the finest hairs. No problem. No chemicals, no expensive processing. All other treatments have burned or damaged my skin. A few others made my skin so irritated it scabbed. This little spring is perfect. Another plus is that there is no risk of bacteria from a waxing salon. Arrived in good condition, good simple instructions. I love it!
