For some reason I thought I could charge it and use it anywhere but it has to be plugged in to turn it on! The armrests/holders are too short as the arms are raised to the chest; I think if they had elastic so they could be held and pulled for a massage at the same time, the pressure and armrest would be very comfortable and useful. It's best to install and turn it on before putting it on your back, otherwise you won't be able to see and find the buttons easily. They should be much lower where they can be seen.
