Great platform and even better Customer Service
It is very easy to use, it has all of my favorite features (such as tagging). I like that you can customize your reviews so they are specific for each product or brand rather than just one type/size etc.. The only thing i dislike about this app was when we had an issue with our account being hacked into by another user who then changed their profile picture which made me think someone else used my password but after speaking to them everything turned out fine! So no big issues here really other than if u do have any problems please contact support straight away because sometimes things go wrong at random times - not sure why!! But overall its great :) If anyone wants some help writing good customer service messages in general feel free to ask questions regarding how best to write these emails / letters :D Its helped us get more customers back from lost sales due to negative feedbacks such as bad products received etc., also helps improve relationships.

- Easy enough interface even though there’re different categories within.
- Good search feature using keywords
- Ability store new comments without having too many tabs open up while trying o update old ones..not forgetting ability yo read through previous posts easily before updating current post.etc.so lots going well already !
- Allows sharing across social media platforms.
- Able t tag pics & videos directly via camera roll insteadof taking pictures again manually once
- Mostly okay, but...
