Interestingly they were listed as 180w when I bought them in 2016. Now they are 200W, and cheaper no less. For a small studio, they have more than enough power to meet your needs. I fire one remotely with a radio trigger and just use the optical slave option to fire the other. The main downside to this flash given the price is that the mount pictured is plastic which means you cannot mount the very heavy Bowens mount modifier to the lamp. Eventually this will rip off the plastic mount when you try to tighten it to keep it from moving. As shown in the image it can accommodate an umbrella style diffuser without allowing for the greater range of motion that the Bowens mount offers, it shifts the weight of the diffuser from the front of the fixture allowing one to be enlarged for use. If you plan to travel with them, please note that there is no cover on the front, leaving the bulb exposed. Overall I would recommend them though, subject to the caveats above.
