Not the best option but for the money why not. I use an umbrella and it works with no problems. The modeling light is turned on or off, so the dimming function does not work. I keep it because of the heat. I have Alienbees and they are getting lighter and lighter and if they break they can be replaced cheaply. Not the best build material but for the money I'm a fan.

Interestingly they were listed as 180w when I bought them in 2016. Now they are 200W, and cheaper no less. For a small studio, they have more than enough power to meet your needs. I fire one remotely with a radio trigger and just use the optical slave option to fire the other. Pros: I ordered this item on a Saturday afternoon and it was delivered at 5pm the next day. It was like a Jimmy John post. The product was very well packed. The package includes a strobe light, power cord, wired sync cord, light bulb and two extra fuses. It works fine with the sync cable. I used this flash with Canon 7d mkii.
