I bought this product for my PS5 on 03/13/2021, now it is 04/19/2021 and both the connectors of the charging station holders for charging the controller are broken off. It has been 30 days since you received the item, therefore it is no longer under warranty and cannot be returned. My fault for not wanting to add an extra guarantee on a cheaper item, thinking I could benefit from it for at least 6 months. (NOT CORRECT). It just shows that you get what you pay for. The picture shows that one charging station's pin is broken off and gone, and the other is now broken off and resting in the tray. Very disappointed with this product. BEWARE!
