Review on Upco Bone Steamed Supplement 1 Pound by Bernadette Hardy

I have 3 dogs that I cook home cooked food for and bought this as a supplement. Added to food as instructed. Used for a month and dogs seem unwell and not energetic. Read some of the reviews and read that the same happened to others. I stopped using it for 2 weeks and the dog's energy and strength returned to normal. I tried again for a week and again experienced a drop in energy so I stopped using it. Also noticed mixed contaminants like hair (about 1 inch long, like pig hair). It's pork bone meal, not sure if that's the problem. I chose beef bone meal (human grade too) and have been using it for about a month and the dogs have had no problems. Pep is still there and doing fine. Happy with my new purchase, a few dollars more but good quality beef bone meal. Not to say this is a bad product, it just didn't work for my 3 dogs of different ages and breeds (big and small).
