Took less than a week

Failed within a week. That's where oil comes out. I won't buy cheap anymore but the truck left the store and he said I needed a new one. I have driven it twice this week, encountered fuel issues, it has been checked, leaking oil.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Not automatic

Supplied with wrong O-ring.

This is a sensor that should come with the correct o-ring installed, but the one that comes is the wrong material and size. Took 5 minutes to blow it out and spray oil on my engine bay, 3 liters to clean and replace. Buy OEM when available.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • weak

Again on the street! in parts

I loved it, my truck died after about 20 miles and I couldn't figure out why and after resting on it it had to be so I called auto parts stores. and they cost about $200 or more so I looked here and got a much better deal! She's back on the road pulling my trailers again with no issues!

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • ill thought out

O-ring failure can cost you a new engine.

The sensor worked fine for a few weeks then the o-ring failed and my outing pumped out over two gallons of oil in a very short time. That sensor could have cost me a new engine. Do not buy this part. Another reviewer had the same issue, but I decided to risk it anyway. Big mistake.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons

O-RING FAILURE!: Fuel Injection

Hear More O-Ring Fail Reviews! Our sensor worked fine for about a month then the o-ring failed and our trip started with oil spewing out EVERYWHERE. Including undercarriage and ENTIRE tailgate/window. As other reviewers have said, this sensor could have cost us a new motor. Do not buy this part.

Pros
  • Ideal for Small Homes
Cons
  • High Price

This sensor is scrap, don't buy it!

DO NOT BUY! The old sensor had oil in it so I replaced it with this one. After replacing it with a new one, I had to take it to the store. Didn't fix anything. Oil pressure jumped from 1100 to 400 on a laptop with this new gauge. It was a problem. that sucks, save yourself the headache and don't be cheap like me.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

The first is bad, the second worked fine.

Accidentally bought two and I'm glad I did. The first built in made the idle choppy and the pedal very sensitive. Went like that for about two weeks to see if it cleared up and no. So I installed another one and now it looks ok. I also didn't use the o-ring that came with the kit. The O-ring is too large and can be cut off during installation. I used new Ford o-rings for the HPOP lines. You are the right size. So far it's been good.

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • String is shorter than other picks

Stops working after 150 km. Garbage.

I ordered this and due to my busy schedule and other projects it took about two weeks to install. Although this solved the problem, the truck idled much faster than usual. About 150 miles later I had the same problems as with the old sensor again. In fact, it broke just a few days after the 30-day return period was up, so I can't return it. It's cheap Chinese junk. Save your money and the towing bill. . . Buy a genuine Ford part. The original part seems expensive at first, until you run out of…

Good sensor great customer service bad o-ring

Replaced a faulty sensor on my 1997 7.3 F250 CCSB. After 200 km the O-ring was defective. Luckily it was only a short drive to the store and I noticed an oil puddle in the driveway. I used about 2 liters of oil. Had this happened during a longer trip it could have been disastrous. I gave it 4 stars because the sensor still works and the product has a lifetime guarantee. The company has provided a new complete sensor after several emails about warranty service. Also, even the OEM sensor comes…
