Review on 🍰 Ateco 1385 Icing Spatula Frosting Spreader Tool with Wood Handle, Set of 2 by Travis Jenkins

Ateco offsets are the industry standard. I like mine black with a handle, and then I had to use the wooden handle look at work. I love it. In any case, the only downside to the wooden version is that the blade is quite stiff. I've worked it back and forth but it doesn't seem to be softening at all. I like the high gloss finish but I may need to bring a flashlight to make the blade bend a little easier. The black handle flexes just right, but these wooden ones are almost as stiff as my Sabatier. It's definitely more of a spatula for covering and not so much for bending over and reaching under. It's as hard as a grill spatula.
