New filter doesn't work, keeps clogging
We previously bought an old model and it seemed to work fine. With this new model, not only did we have to wait several months for an order to be completed, but when we finally received the filters, they didn't even work. It seems that every day we have to completely empty all the water from the jug to clean the filter. This is a major pain and disappointment as these filters have worked quite well in the past. We won't buy this again.
