Bought this GPS tracker to track the car. First off, the instructions couldn't be more vague. We had no idea how to use this thing. I took it to Best Buy hoping someone would know how to use the thing and was told you need a SIM card from your carrier. So I went to AT&T. They sold me a SIM card that we thought would work in the tracker but it doesn't. Finally, I read online that mobile phones have good SIM cards for device tracking. finally done and the sim card works. Directions are still confusing. Battery life is fair. It took 11 days before it needed charging. I'm not sure if there's a way to turn it off when it's not running. App for this device is fine. All in all, it was beyond confusing unless you're a really good techie. when tracking it is quite accurate. there were several times where the car was said to be a few houses from its actual location or across the street. There is no part number or online support for this product so you really need to find out for yourself. after 2-3 weeks of trying to figure it out. now it works and everything is ok. I would like to go for a simpler product.
