This sweatshirt runs a little small for the size listed on the label. The fabric didn't shrink much in the first wash, but it did shrink when we got it. It sits closer to size at the bottom - for example a size 8-10 is more appropriate for a size 8. The material is unlined and therefore a slightly thin material suitable for layering or moderate temperatures. This hoodie seems neutral enough to be worn by any gender.
