Got my footswitch. Connected, let him install. A PowerPoint presentation started. Pressed the next switch. All is well. Pressed the previous switch, nothing. Open both pedals. I found a wire that went nowhere at a nearby switch. It should move to an empty terminal on the next slide switch. If connected there, the previous one works. Not acceptable for a $72 counter. This thing has $8 worth of parts. Now that I've fixed it, it works as it should. Only recommended if you are knowledgeable about electronics as there is clearly no quality control. I never write reviews but it shouldn't be. PS the pedals are plastic, I was looking for metal pedals that would stand up to stage use. Edit - I got a call from the president of the company. He said that they most likely sent me a previously returned product. They offered to send me a new one. Since I fixed the pedal, it works as it should. Overall, the pedal is well made and I would buy it again. You know a company cares about their product and their customers when they take the time to solve problems.
