About 4 houses ago I had a flooded basement and I wish I knew about it before it got bad. This little sensor would save me a lot of money and time if I had one. This WiFi water detector was easy to set up both in the basement and on my phone. After setting it up I wanted to see if it would work so I tested it. I have worked! The response didn't come immediately, but shortly after testing it, I was alerted. My suggestion, due to the lack of instant notification, is to place it as close as possible to where you could see the start of the leak.
