I received a defective machine although I ordered and paid for a new machine. I went back and forth with Delonghi support for two weeks. They offered a replacement which I did not receive. They then emailed me and said they would send me a return label for the machine so they could fix it. I called customer service again to explain that I had bought a new car and wanted the perfect model. They agreed again, and yet I got nothing. Today I am calling one last time before sending this back as my coffee grounds are not finely ground and the coffee is very weak.
