This kit is not accurate at all. There is no valve at the end of the hose. I'll never tell you the correct compression without it. I'm pretty sure the sensor is fine, but without the valve it will always be wrong. For example I checked my Kawasaki 650 engine and got 65psi (when I actually have 65psi it won't start) and with the help of my buddy the cylinders showed 120psi on the compression gauge. Pretty big difference
