The insert falls out too easily and was lost by my 10 year old while refilling on soccer fields. Only 30 days in use. Without a pad, the product is useless. Nike does not sell replacement pads. I haven't gotten my money back for four days. I'm so sad I'm helping a plastic dump! I can't believe a global company would want to be so wasteful instead of stocking seals OR better yet improve production to keep the seals in place.
