When I bought this product my original intention was to buy another slightly more expensive product from Europe. This product wasn't available so I decided to give it a try. It is very convenient that you don't have to cut the parchment from the roll and these sheets lay flat. I use them to bake pizza, bread, grissini and stone rolls; It's a much cleaner solution than cornmeal when trying to get rolls and loaves off your pizza skins. I also use them for round loaves intended for frying. The rough edges of the paper provide a great way to lift and move the dough into the hot grill, and also allow you to make cuts in the loaf before placing the loaf on the grill. The layer of paper under the loaf seems to reduce the tendency for the bottom of the loaf to burn. Sheets can be reused for repeated baking. Overall a decent product in terms of functionality. If a European product becomes available again I will most likely buy it and then make a direct comparison.
