End of all the curses I've had about miss-sized curly scrolls of parchment. Thank you and my blood pressure is definitely thanks to you. Whoever came up with this idea deserves to live in Monaco now.

Product comes in a box in which a sheet can be stowed away with little effort and removed easily. It's 13 inches by almost 9 inches. It's larger than my New Star Foodservice 38422 commercial 18-gauge aluminum sheet, which measures 9" x 13" (quarter size) and therefore runs down the sides of the sheet.

Purchased item to cover the bottom of a commonly used cake tin, precut. Worked great. In addition, it is very convenient to throw it in a casserole dish for quick frying or toasting. No cleaning, just throw away. Also works well as a non-stick cookie liner. It's thin parchment paper (not waxed) and bakes well in the oven.

So practical once you have installed the box. The leaves are wrapped in a larger sheet of paper. I recommend taking the wrapper out of the box, peeling off the top half of the top wrapper (similar to how you slowly unroll foil around a burrito), and place it back in the box. My food doesn't stick to the pan, I don't waste parchment paper like the bun type.

I don't know what kind of tape measure they use BUT the paper is NOT 16 inches long luckily it's 15 3/4 inches! The 12-inch size costs money, but you bakers know you like to cover the entire bottom of the pan. I have not tried baking with this paper I just received and have not decided yet if I will keep this product. Also in the description and picture there is a nice paper dispenser box, nothing like what I received from what I received.

I ordered these for three reasons - 1) Costco no longer sells them in my area, I simply received a heavy card stock, no inner envelope with flaps and 200 sheets of light parchment. I keep it to myself but don't cut open the box every time I need a sheet. Plus, it doesn't let me roll out the keto crackers in paper, cut them up, and lift the sheet onto the baking sheet.
