I ordered these for three reasons - 1) Costco no longer sells them in my area, I simply received a heavy card stock, no inner envelope with flaps and 200 sheets of light parchment. I keep it to myself but don't cut open the box every time I need a sheet. Plus, it doesn't let me roll out the keto crackers in paper, cut them up, and lift the sheet onto the baking sheet. You're just too skinny. So my search continues.😡Update: Not as weak as I thought. I've made 8 batches of keto crackers so far and I can roll out the dough between 2 sheets, score the crackers while they're still on the paper, then take it out and transfer a sheet with 30+ crackers onto the paper. baking tray.
