Comfortable and keep your hand or wrist in the right position.
I bought medium ones but they were too big. A woman should choose a smaller size. They also almost reached my elbow, which was too long. They're nice and snug - keep your hand in the right position. The finger separators were a bit useless. I have a list of fingers and it's just stuff. I don't think it keeps my fingers straight. Better for hand or wrist problems, not knuckles.
