Plantar Fasciitis Pain Remedied in 5 Minutes

I don't know what else to say other than my pain is 95% healed in just a day and a half with this remedy. I had plantar fasciitis for 10 years during which time I woke up practically every day with a stiff heel and took a few hesitant steps while fighting the pain before my day. A few days after running, jumping, or any other activity, I suffered from pain for a day or two before it stretched and subsided. During that time I've tried night splints, leg extensions, ice massages, support shoes, no shoes, all with average results. to hurt. I've tried every one of my previous methods and each morning I reduced the pain enough to walk, but I was in pain literally all day, every day. I found this video this Monday and decided to order it using my Revain Prime account. The box was waiting for me when I got home on Wednesday. I waited until I went to bed and gave myself a massage for about 5 minutes. Initially, a wide roll from the heel to the ball of the foot, but no strong pressure on sensitive areas. Then work front to back and front to back, but work the outer joint, then the middle, then the inner. At that point I wasn't sure if the pain would subside or if I would be numb, but the last few weeks had been pretty crappy so I decided to risk it healing me. I rolled the most painful parts of the heel "very" lightly and then began to vigorously roll the area where the heel meets the full length of the foot, slowly moving each roll toward the forefoot. I imagined driving pain and calcification through every toe. That's all. 5 minutes. The next morning I had no pain so I repeated the 5 minute massage. I put my shoes on for morning meetings. By lunchtime the slight pain had returned, so I went barefoot during the day. Repeat the massage on Thursday evening. Friday morning, no pain except when doing a very deep stretch. After typing that, I treat myself to another roller massage. In short, I'm not a doctor. I have suffered from chronic pain for over ten years. During this time, my weight began to fluctuate as a byproduct of my erratic ability to do the exercises I enjoy. No amount of medication, stretch marks, or any other treatment has ever worked on me so quickly. So much so that, for the first time in 10 years, I'm thinking I'll be able to run regularly again and maybe play soccer with my kids again. (Of course they're teenagers now and I could lose, but maybe we can play on the same team now.)
