I bought these for my Mother and found them to be not as advertised size-wise. They seemed more like a men's 7-9 than a woman's size. Simply too big but I didn't bother to return them, wasn't worth the hassle.

The fit is perfect, they are high quality, and well worth the extra cost. Purchase a dozen pair of a cheaper brand and ended throwing them out since they were cheap, pilled terribly, and fit poorly.
