The service they provide is very reliable as well as efficient. Their support team helps me with any issues I have regarding my account or programing needs. They also help create new accounts if needed but never charge you extra fees for this process even though it's part of your monthly subscription fee! What can be improved? Nothing really that comes to mind other than maybe having more options when creating an app would make things easier. This has been great so far, we've had no problems thus far using them. We're able solve all our marketing campaign related tasks by utilizing mooentts' software which allows us to track everything from campaigns to leads generated via emails sent out to customers who signed up during certain periods etc.
