The laptop was bought 1 month and 1 week ago. And my laptop suddenly turned off automatically with a burning smell and wouldn't turn on at all. There was no problem with the battery since the light is on. It is possible that the motherboard is missing. So the contact seller asked me to fill out a returns form and said they would ship and repair for me. It took almost 1 week! Because they will not contact me before then. So I waited and finally they say they can't do the shipping because it's been over 1 month. If they had told me sooner I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting 1 week and just mailing it to them. I use my laptop for business and time is really important to me. I am not satisfied with their service at all! and the computer will just burn out in a little over 1 month. Not recommended! 2 weeks finally. I finally got my laptop and they fixed the problem but when I first launched the window. Now the fan is making noise. I don't want to send it back as it will take at least 1 week. And I know I have to pay another $26 for shipping which they don't cover if I send it back.
