I only received this computer today but so far I'm happy. without delay. Maybe a millisecond slower than my main laptop, but it's actually fine. This laptop ran out of juice two days into the 30 day return period. The power light turns on when it is plugged into an outlet but not yet connected to the laptop, and as soon as you connect the AC adapter to the laptop, the power light turns off. Nothing on the laptop works and doesn't respond at all. I took the battery out and put it back in and tried running without the battery but still nothing. I've been using it for less than a week so time will tell what the true laptop performance rating is but everything looks very good at the moment. Works like new of course. The device, including all buttons, is clean and shows minimal signs of wear. The only "flaws" I can find are very small, barely noticeable "bubbles" on the skin of the cover that don't affect performance at all. Shipping was quick and the windows setup instructions were short and easy to follow. So far very satisfied.
