Absolutely horrible experience!
This laptop ran out of juice two days into the 30 day return period. The power light turns on when it is plugged into an outlet but not yet connected to the laptop, and as soon as you connect the AC adapter to the laptop, the power light turns off. Nothing on the laptop works and doesn't respond at all. I took the battery out and put it back in and tried running without the battery but still nothing. Googling turned out to be either the motherboard itself or a short somewhere in between, which I can't fix.
