Bottom line, they are too tight and now I have an unwearable pair of shoes. I've had these 10D loafers for 10 years and they were great - before this pair. After shipping took an exceptionally long time, I tried them on and... "I don't remember them being that tight - they might stretch." They didn't. Also, the heel-to-toe feel isn't the same as previous pairs, leading to fatigue after hours of standing/working. I've never had this problem. I've since tried them on at local stores and found I'm now oddly between 10.5D and 11D. Or I gave up on those Merrells and moved on. I wish you success.
