Adorable collars for my two cats. The loops are not fastened but secured with thick rubber bands and can be moved or removed as needed. This is perfect as I had a cat that hated his bow but it was easy to pull off. My only complaint is that they had a strong odor and had to be hand washed before use (not really a big deal). But they lost the star because of the breakable plastic clasp. It's shaped like a cat's face, and the ears, while cute, were two sharp pieces of plastic that jabbed my cats down their throats (see pic). The breakaway feature is important for cats as they can get stuck on something, so I didn't want to replace it entirely. Instead, I used a pair of wire cutters to cut off the ears and make a clasp with a rounded, even edge. Now it's perfect.
