The entire phone holder works very well except for the part that holds it in the cup holder. You can add pads to keep it sealed, but it rotates just like your gas cap. It tightens to a certain point, then it clicks and doesn't tighten anymore. Then it will vibrate at some point while driving. The remedy I used was duct tape to keep it from unraveling and it works. But it holds the phone very well. If they just tightened that part as tight as they could, maybe it would hold up better.
