I've been using mine for over a year with no problems.

Edit: I still love this bag even though it eventually took some damage. Lightning is not protected from dogs😒 No complaints. Sturdy fabric and I've really overloaded this thing before. Not super insulated but that's ok, personally I only need it to keep it cold for an hour of driving and then put it in the fridge. I have black paisley curls and get so many compliments. Folds up for storage. Great lunch box but not much food if you work 10-12 hour shifts for example. Lunch dishes as well as snacks and drinks. Probably great for kids.
