We love it!: Diaper Bin

Our diaper genius broke after a little over a year and had a lot of stuff we didn't like (it was a gift) so we looked for something to fix it . Ask, and Bubula did just that! I hated putting my hand in to put the diaper in the diaper and it got harder as it filled more. Every time you opened it the smell filled the room and the lid opened very easily which my 15 year old son did all the time. With a Bubula you don't have to put your hand in, you just open the diaper compartment, put the diaper inside, close it and press the big button. While my son can open the diaper compartment (it opens with a slight push), it's isolated from the rest of the diapers so the smell doesn't escape and it can't get onto dirty diapers. The knob slides the large sunroof back and forth and it takes a good powerful push, too much for my son to open. I love that it uses regular kitchen waste bags so they don't have to be cut and tied. There are also no filters to buy as the smell is always there and that was something I hated about the diaper genius because the glue on the filter holder kept coming off and throwing the filter in the trash so we had to tape it shut . what wasn't. don't do it very efficiently. It's about the size of a diaper genie and I thought it was bigger, but it's a lot wider and holds a lot more diapers so you don't have to change your bag often. Update: My son was able to jump out. black plastic piece holding the manhole cover and now it won't close. I'm not sure if Bubula has spare parts or not.
