So I ordered these radios for my friend who needs his people on the ground to be able to communicate with others in peace. Everything went smoothly when setting up the radio and programming it according to their needs. The radios are small, neat and packed with features. While we were charging everything to use them, when we put in three batteries, the little clip holding the battery pack to the radio broke off. It seems to me that the type of plastic used for this particular part should be of a different type so that it isn't so brittle. Anyway, I notified Retevis and took care of the pearl Angela. She promptly sent me three brand new radios to replace the others and now everything is working perfectly. I had to deal with Angela on another matter and she has been of invaluable service to me as well. She always ends her emails by saying that her goal is to make me a happy customer and I firmly believe that Retevis is committed to that. Wrong type of plastic battery clip that I will definitely buy again.
