Review on Photo camera Canon PowerShot SX240 HS, black by Ryan Limkk ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

I love Canon in general and the powershot series in particular. This unit was taken to replace the 130th of 2 considerations. I wanted a lens with a larger zoom (in both directions) and a device with a built-in battery. Pentagon batteries are good for long trips in nature - charge them as much as you need and shoot for a month. But for "operational work", that is, constant wearing around the city, this is not so hot as it is convenient. As a result, I got almost what I wanted. Branded Canon photo quality, zoom - 25 - 500 versus 28 - 330 for the powershot sx130 (according to my personal observations, a focal length of 500 is enough for 99% of cases, and more is already difficult to hold in your hands). A nice set of shooting scenarios, richer than 130. Although I don’t use them, I shoot in P mode. Of the minuses - a panorama shooting mode has appeared, but it only helps to join frames - I did not find the auto-gluing function in the device. Maybe it's true, I'm stupid. Yes, and it's not critical. Canon's native photostich program glues panoramas perfectly on a computer. The second minus concerns my copy personally - there are complaints about the assembly, the display slightly backlashes. But still I put 5! The device shoots perfectly, and this is the main thing.

Pros
  • Photo quality, actual zoom, menu and additional functions, grip and dimensions, battery, display, metal construction.
Cons
  • Assembly, unfinished panorama mode.
