We ordered this product after my wife's screen cracked quite badly. When we received the product it was beautifully packaged and came with simple instructions (gives you a YouTube video link to follow). After we turned on the screen; phone no longer switched on. So we got the old cracked screen back and it worked. We contacted the seller about our problem and he returned us a brand new one with the old one. No problem! We reinstalled a second time and voila! Works great! The screen is high quality and it was pretty easy to make! Hardly any trouble. We installed it properly within 10 minutes. The only downside to this screen is that it doesn't have a fingerprint reader. It still has a home button; but the fingerprint reader doesn't work. For us this wasn't a deciding factor as my wife usually uses her code to unlock her phone anyway. Tel. Definitely recommended!
