Fantastic Tool For Tracking User Behavior

The fact that we are able to track our users' activity across multiple devices in different browsers (including mobile) makes this an excellent tool for measuring what's important - user behaviour! Not much so far but as with any software it will take time until I start seeing useful data from my tests/analytics etc.
It has been very helpful thus far though so looking forward to using it further. We're collecting information about mouse movements while browsing through various websites via Chrome browser which helps us understand where people click or scroll when they visit these pages.

Detailed reports available both graphical, textual ones.
Very easy access control options; eXactly who needs permission how often can use them without interfering others permissions)
