I bought this pillow a few years ago and had 2 pregnancies with terrible sciatica. I reordered a new one for a new pregnancy and it is NOT the same pillow. Although Revane says it's the same one I ordered years ago, it's a lot smaller and MUCH less useful. The pillow I previously had was true to size with 39" x 59" padding. This pillow is thin, not overly stuffed, and measures only 30 inches by 50 inches. Useless for my purposes in this smaller size. He's too small to support his ankles even in full fetal position and I'm a small person (5'5"). The primary help this pillow has provided in the past has been full support from hip to toe ankle which has eased the pain of sciatica I get none of this and no support with this new version Not as advertised save your money.
