Just what my back needs for long trips

This back was just what I needed. I have ridden long (1500-2000) miles without a back in the past, thinking it was no big deal. I was wrong and just completed a 1500 mile trip after installing this backrest and how it affected my fatigue levels at the end of the day. I wanted a back that wouldn't break the bank (Harley!) and found it with this back. This backrest costs about $100-$150 less than the Harley counterpart, and it depends on what type of backrest cushion you get from Harley - you can easily get the entire setup at Harley for $350-$400. It was much smaller and supports your back. Seriously, it's just consolation in the end. The Harley setup is no different and does exactly what it does for a lot more money. Installation was easy, but it takes a few tries to figure out where to position the bracket to get the backrest where you need it. . The real backrest can be rotated if you need to position it closer or farther (people with shorter or longer step legs) after adjusting the bracket. I don't know why I waited so long but I'm glad I have it now.
