I like how it's simple for my team to use in our day-to-day workflows with clients and customers. It also has some great integrations with other services (like Slack) so we can quickly reference documents while having conversations about them as well! There are definitely more features than what you see at first glance, but they do have an excellent support staff who will help guide you through any feature or functionality questions you may have down the road. Great tool if your organization needs something that helps organize their business processes/documents. We've been able to implement this into our everyday workflow when dealing with new client relationships. The fact that it's cloud-based makes collaboration easier across teams from different locations.
