Super comfortable thermal underwear! I read all the comments and decided on Small in Tops. When they arrived and fit, I bought the little pants to match the set. I'm 5 feet 4 inches and 128 pounds. I love red and also have a set in purple. I gifted my husband a blue men's suit, I'll post a review about it later! Here are my thoughts on sizing/fit: 1. The top is a little loose in the waist and long enough to cover most of my butt when pulled down. And the sleeves are long which is PERFECT for me! (Sleeves shorter than my wrist don't keep me warm in winter!) The hem is narrow, like lined leggings, so they should fit under most pants that aren't tight (or even under if you can move). .2. Size S fits. I repeat, size S fits. If you're usually on the small side, just go for the S and don't go bigger. I have a big butt (big thighs and calves and I have buttocks) and the small size is perfect. There is extra material to allow the pants to reach the ankles as well, which is what I need in cold weather (see comment 1 above). It looks like the larger sizes have more sizing issues, but I think if I had gone the medium it would have been too loose or too long in the wrong places. If you are under 5ft, they may be too long.3. I wear the top under a thick sweater and a light down jacket and the bottom under jeans. At the weekend I spent several hours outside in sub-zero temperatures. At home I wear them around the house as house clothes and as pajamas.4. I suggest washing them on a cold cycle for delicate/active items in the washing machine and on a low heat/air lint cycle in the dryer. I always wash new clothes before I put them on. They still had a slight polyester/fleece smell after the first wash, but that was gone after the second wash. I have a sensitive nose so you might not smell it. The fleece has not rolled up! Tl;dr - this thermoset shocked us! If you're a typical lad, have a lad! Remember that the wash and dry cycles must be done on low/no heat!
