Printing software not working and no customer support
This scanner has a high rating from Amazon. But a scanner that can't print a live and still image is pretty much useless (unless you want to copy 48 data readings for 12 components from the device's screen with pen and paper to share your live and still image with your tech friends. ) The scanner was easy to use BUT the machine's PC printing software didn't download. (My computer flagged your app as a virus - NO THANKS!) and note: you cannot get "24-hour tech support" via email - the program binds the bombs. Amazon tech support couldn't reach them (because they are in China).
