Dangerous toy! best pacifiers, teethers and teething aids

We had 2 of these banana teethers because they helped my daughter get through most of her childhood illnesses from the age of 5 to 17 months. I bought our second one because we lost the first one. We've only had it a few months and I noticed one of the bristles was missing. I really hope my daughter didn't swallow it! It's such a shame because we loved this toy and have recommended it to so many friends and family. I especially like the ones from the USA. DO NOT buy this toy. Choose something safer instead.
