Fits snugly on my Thetford AM IV Foot Flush Toilet
I don't know what is wrong with the product image but the item was as described, Genuine Thetford Pedal Replacement Unit. Maybe five minutes to remove the toilet and another five to swap out the pedal assembly. With new screws and cable holder.
