Update: Ordered parts from manufacturer's website and they were dispatched free of charge within a week. No letters, no apologies, no communication. I accidentally found all the missing parts. My 7 year old commented that this should happen frequently as there is a missing parts warning and he should contact him directly for instructions. To be honest, the poor quality control of the packaging worries me about the quality of the product. The assembly took about 1 hour. He seems pretty strong. However, the containers are not really perfectly aligned and keep slipping off the rails. This is a slightly annoying problem, but we can deal with it. For the price it's ok. The weight limit is pretty low, so I don't think this thing will age well for toddlers or potty trainers. Original: currently 1 star. We're missing all the screws, nuts, bolts, metal beams and seat belts. Just opened to finish building the nursery and we can't even start putting it together. I went to the manufacturer's website and ordered the missing parts. Waiting for the company to reply. Super disappointing experience.
