This is exactly what my wife wanted to hang in her bathroom. It sparkles and shines adding elegance. It was easy to install and came with all the possible equipment for any installation on any material. And extra crystals and extra hooks. And even white cloth gloves to wipe finger stains on the crystal. It's hard to tell the crystals aren't glass even by touching them. Many people complain about the time it takes to tighten the crystals. First of all it takes a little bit, but it takes BEFORE attaching this section to the ceiling mount. So you can slowly get it done right at the kitchen table. And it's worth it. They look great and really shine. Great price for a great device. The people who put this together and packed all the parts know what they are doing.
