Delivery without damage and in the shortest possible time, but the device consisted mainly of unpolished raw wood (beware of splinters!) and very thin cheap plastic (Lucilite?). The inner plastic, which is designed to separate the feed from the inner area where the birds enter, was detached upon its arrival. I was able to line it up correctly easily, but the whole assembly where that middle sheet of plastic meets the inner and outer plastic was so flimsy that I could easily see the seeds squirting out from all sides when full. I didn't risk filling it so I sent it back. Also, I have found that two suction cups are not enough to hold the weight of the entire feeder, let alone the feeder and feeder, against a window in any weather year round. I have owned many small suction cup feeders over the years and my experience with them justifies my appreciation for this one. They were kind enough to accept returns.
